Watches suggestions under $1000

Welcome in the next entry from the "Watches suggestions" series. This time I'm going to show you some watches under $1000 that are worth taking a closer look.
In this price range you can find quality swiss made watches from the luxury brands like : Longines, Raymond Weil, Hamilton, Frederique Constant and even Tag Heuer.

Tag Heuer Formula 1 quartz 41mm

The first watch is the Formula 1 41mm from Tag Heuer. That's the only quartz watch in my suggestions list. Great, durable sports watch. The quality materials are used in this watch - black titanium carbide coated steel on the bezel and crown with "easy-grip" technology. Sapphire glass on the front protecting the watch from a mechanical damages. Date window at 3 o'clock. Polished hands with luminescent markers. The whole watch is incredibly legible due to a white dial and dark bezel with a white 60-minute scale.

Raymond Weil Maestro 44mm

The next watch in more classic design. Elegance and sophistication - these two words can describe Maestro collection. Roman numerals, long, blue hands and polished steel bezel are giving this watch antique charm. Additional hand with blue crescent displays the date. The 44mm steel case is mounted to the calf leather strp made in the alligator motif. At the front and the caseback we can find sapphire glass with antiglare treatment on both sides. The water resistance in this watch is 50 meters.

Longines Hydroconquest Automatic 39mm

The next watch is a typical diver watch from the Hydroconquest collection by Longines. Blue uni-directional rotating bezel with a accurate diving scale. This watch contains everything what is needed in the active lifestyle. Huge arabic numerals, brushed hands with luminescent markers and a date window at 3 o'clock. Everything is complemented by polished and brushed 39mm steel case and bracelet. Caliber L619 brings to life every watch complications. It also features a power reserve of about 42 hours. Don't forget about a water resistance, which is 300 meters.

Frederique Constant Classic Index Automatic

The next watch is more minimalistic, simple in its design, but very universal. The 40mm case contains only things are important in daily use, namely hours, minutes, seconds and date at 3 o'clock. Black dial contrasts very well with steel, luminous indexes and hands. There is a Caliber FC-303 movement, which has a 38 hours of power reserve. At the front we can find sapphire glass. The water resistance in this watch is 50 meters. Great, casual watch.

Hamilton Khaki Field Titanium

The last one watch is the Hamilton Khaki Field in Titanium edition. Tough, sturdy design. Black PVD titanium case with black, durable textile strap making a great impression. Caliber ETA 2824-2 automatic movement rises to life date window at 3 o'clock and a time hands of course. We can see the 12-hour and 24-hour time scales, which are luminous, as well as hands. Pretty massive 42 mm case and a dial are protected by a scratch-resistant sapphire glass.
